   Google is providing different services and all services are better than other Google's services but just for them who knows it. In this tutorial we are going to use two Services and these are Gmail and Google Drive.

Problem:

Some days earlier I attached a file on Gmail to send it to my friend but unfortunately Gmail notified that you can't attach a file having size more than 25 MB. I was amazed that what I can do now. I am sure you have faced this problem. After that incident I found many solutions but no one was reliable.

Solution for Large Files:

    Recently Google has given the 15 GB free space to every Google User Account which is called Google Drive. In this drive you can create multiple folder and files. You can upload big files even if this is greater than 5GB or even 10GB. And these Big files can be easily Sent over Gmail by sharing it with receiver.

Here we are sharing a method for sending Big and Large files using Gmail.

Step 1 - Compose new Email:

Create a new Message and a pop up window will appear. Click on Drive icon

Step 2 - Select File:

A new window for file selection will appear. Select the required file which is in Google Drive. By completing this function you will again come to the window where you have created new message window. You will that a file is visible in message.

Step 3 - Share, Send and enjoy:

After writing optional details about file or message click on send. Note that files in Google drive are just readable by us until until we don't share them with other. When you click on Send button then it will ask you that either you want to share this file with recipient or not. Click on Share and Send so that recipient can read the file. This was the process and it is very easy.

Benefits of sharing File of Google Drive:

1. The best plus point of Google drive is that it is integrated with Gmail. If you are in Gmail interface then you can share Google Drive's Files by clicking on a just one button. If you are in Google Drive interface then also you can share it with clients.
2. Gmail restrict file size to 25 MB but using Google drive you can send big files even up to 10GB.
3. File is not copied to recipient Email but just link is shared and user rights are changed. Rights means that sender can modify that either receiver can edit the file or not. Biggest benefit of Google Drive is that whenever receiver views the file it will see the updated file. because just address is shared. So when sender make changes in file then receiver will go to that address and updated file will be shown. Sender don't need to send file again and again.
